Related to the last post’s topic of time management, see this week’s podcast of Dick Staub’s Kindlings Muse.
“Who do you want to jott?”
“Myself.”
“Beep!”
“Remember: must have something left, both of time and self, once I’ve finished managing.”
“Got it.”

I love this quote…and pretty much any other quote on writing from Madeleine L’Engle.
The L’Engle quote I use in my book about writing (The Voice of the Muse: Answering the Call to Write — http://www.calltowrite.com) is this one:
“I cannot possibly tell you how I came to write A Wrinkle in Time. It was simply a book I had to write. I had no choice.”
It’s one of the quotes that opens the section titled “Listen to Your Heart.”
